TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iitcinternational.com and store.iitcinternational.com (together, the “Site”), and your enrollment in any course, certification program, advisory session, or corporate training program offered by IIITC (International Institute of IT & Consulting). By accessing the Site, booking an advisor call, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

IIITC is a PECB (Professional Evaluation and Certification Board) Authorized Training Provider offering IT, cybersecurity, ISO, and AI certification training, IT newcomer programs, consulting and entrepreneurship training, and corporate training solutions across Canada, in English and French.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in a course, book an advisor call, or make a purchase on the Site. If you create a store account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Course Enrollment, PECB Certification, and Corporate Programs

  • Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received (individual courses) or a signed quote/agreement is in place (corporate programs)

  • PECB certifications are issued by PECB, not by IIITC, upon successful completion of the required exam. IIITC delivers PECB-authorized training but does not control PECB's certification decisions, exam scheduling systems, or registry

  • Exam vouchers included with enrollment are valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment, and one free retake is available within 12 months where you do not pass on the first attempt, as set out on the relevant course page

  • CPD credits, PMI PDUs, and Credly digital badges are issued according to PECB's own policies in effect at the time of certification

  • Corporate training programs are delivered according to the scope, schedule, and pricing agreed in the applicable corporate training quote or statement of work, which forms part of these Terms for that engagement

4. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

  • All prices on the Site are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are payable in full at checkout unless a corporate payment schedule has been agreed in writing

  • Course transfers to a different date, format, or language are permitted before the scheduled start date, subject to availability.

  • Refunds are available. Once course materials, live sessions, or exam vouchers have been accessed or issued, the enrollment is non-refundable except where required by law.

  • PECB exam fees, where charged separately from the course fee, are governed by PECB's own refund and rescheduling policies.

5. Advisor Calls

Advisor calls are complimentary consultations intended to help you identify a suitable program. They do not constitute legal, immigration, financial, or career advice, and IIITC advisors do not guarantee employment outcomes, immigration outcomes, or exam results.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, slide decks, trademarks, page content, and the PECB and IIITC names and logos are the property of IIITC, PECB, or their respective licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, infringe another party's rights, transmit malicious code, misrepresent your identity or credentials during enrollment, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the store, or any IIITC or PECB system.

8. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may link to PECB's own website, the MyPECB platform, payment processors, and other third-party tools. IIITC is not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party sites, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and all programs are provided “as is.” IIITC does not guarantee that any certification will result in a specific job, promotion, immigration outcome, or business result. While IIITC and PECB certifications are widely recognized, recognition by any specific employer, government body, or client is outside IIITC's control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IIITC's total liability arising from your use of the Site or enrollment in any program is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course or program giving rise to the claim. IIITC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income or lost business opportunities.

11. Termination

IIITC may suspend or terminate access to the Site or a course for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of course materials, without prejudice to any fees already earned.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan.

13. Changes to These Terms

IIITC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or enrollment in a new program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Terms already agreed to for an active enrollment continue to govern that enrollment.
